江苏省血液中心成立于1985年7月，为江苏省卫生健康委员会直属公益性事业单位，是集采供血、输血科研、输血技术服务、输血新技术应用与推广为一体的专业机构。多年来，中心紧紧围绕“保障临床供血、保障用血安全、促进采供血事业健康持续发展”这一目标，以献血者为中心，着力提高采供血服务水平，加强业务能力建设、单位文化建设、人才队伍建设，党风廉政和职业道德建设，充分发挥引领作用，上下一心，开拓奋进，先后获得“江苏省文明单位”、“江苏省五一劳动奖状”、“江苏省模范职工之家”、“全国青年文明号”等荣誉称号。       中心组织机构健全，工作职责明确，设有16个科室。现有在岗职工235名，其中专业技术人员197名（博士2名、硕士30名），高级职称35名，中级职称80名。        中心主要负责驻宁部、省属及部队医疗机构的临床供血，为临床提供红细胞、冰冻血浆、血小板、冷沉淀凝血因子、辐照血等血液品种，同时为临床提供疑难配血、血型参比、抗体筛查、基因分型等输血技术服务。       中心认真履行省级血液中心职能，牵头开展全省采供血机构联合内审、开放性课题招标、室间质评、岗位技能竞赛、专业技术培训等；协助省卫健委召开全省无偿献血工作联席会办公室成员会议、全省血站站长会、全省血液应急保障等工作会议；在省卫健委的指导下，协助省总工会、省文明办、省委省级机关工委、省国资委等有关行政部门出台一系列推动无偿献血工作的文件，配合国家卫生健康委、省人大常委会教科文卫委调研江苏无偿献血工作并积极参与《江苏省献血条例》的修订及实施，为促进全省无偿献血工作持续发展发挥了应有的作用。       中心与法国血液中心、南京医科大学等建立友好合作关系，在血液预警、输血安全技术、经血传播传染病防控、采供血信息共享等领域开展合作，不断提升中心科研水平，多个研究项目获奖。中心先后获国家自然科学基金、江苏省科技厅、江苏省卫生健康委等多项课题立项；获得江苏省科学技术奖、江苏医学科技奖、江苏省医学新技术引进奖、江苏省预防医学会科学技术奖、南京市科学技术奖等多个奖项。       中心与新疆伊犁州、克州、青海省和西藏自治区血液中心建立对口援助，在人才培养、业务指导、设备援助、经费支持等方面做了大量工作，受到各方面好评。       中心地址：江苏省南京市玄武区龙蟠路179号       邮政编码：210042       电 话：025-85411569       传 真：025-85411569       献血热线：025-85418573       网 址：www.jsblood.com.cn Introduction Jiangsu Blood Center (JSBC), established in July 1985, is a public welfare institution directly under Jiangsu Commission of Health. It provides services of blood collection and supply, blood transfusion related research and technical service, as well as application and promotion of new transfusion technologies. Over the years, JSBC has been committed to ensuring clinical blood supply and safety, fostering the healthy and sustainable development of the industry. To achieve the goal, it has played a leading role in enhancing the service quality of blood collection and supply, reinforcing the development of professional capabilities, corporate culture and talent teams, as well as upholding high standards in Party conduct and professional ethics. Therefore, JSBC has been awarded many accolades, such as the Jiangsu Civilized Unit Award, the Jiangsu May Day Labor Medal, the Jiangsu Exemplary Staff Hub Award, and the National Youth Model Unit Award.   JSBC consists of 16 departments and currently employs a total of 235 staff members, including 197 professionals (with 2 doctors and 30 masters among them). Among these professionals, 35 hold senior professional titles while 80 possess intermediate titles.   JSBC is primarily responsible for providing clinical blood supply to provincial hospitals and local military medical institutions. It provides a variety of blood products including red blood cells, frozen plasma, platelets, cryoprecipitated antihemophilic factor and irradiated blood components. Besides, it offers transfusion technical services such as complex blood matching, blood type referencing, antibody screening and genotyping.   JSBC fulfills the responsibilities of one provincial blood center such as conducting provincial joint audits of blood establishments, managing research project bidding, conducting external quality evaluations, organizing skills competitions, and providing specialized technical training. In addition, JSBC also assists the Jiangsu Commission of Health in organizing various working meetings, such as members' meetings of the provincial Joint Meeting on Voluntary Blood Donation, leadership meetings of blood establishments in Jiangsu, and provincial blood contingency meetings. Furthermore, under the guidance of Commission of Health, JSBC has cooperated with relevant administrative bureaus in issuing a series of documents aimed at promoting blood donation. For example, the revision and implementation of the Regulations on Blood Donation in Jiangsu Province have played a pivotal role in the sustainable development of the blood donation industry in Jiangsu.   JSBC continuously improves its scientific research level through various means, including establishing friendly and cooperative relations with the Blood Center of France and Nanjing Medical University, conducting scientific research in areas such as haemovigilance, transfusion safety technology, prevention and control of transfusion transmitted infections and data sharing on blood collection and supply.  JSBC has received funding from the National Natural Science Foundation, the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Science and Technology, and the Jiangsu Commission of Health, and has been honored with numerous provincial and municipal awards.   JSBC has established couplet assistance with blood establishments in Xinjiang, Qinghai and Xizang, providing expertise in talent development, operational guidance, equipment and financial support, thereby earning a commendable reputation.
